PMG Expedited Grading Special & Regular NGC Grading Offered at HKINF

NGC Hong Kong Limited (NGC Hong Kong), the Hong Kong, China affiliate of Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services® (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®), will offer PMG Expedited Grading and regular NGC and NCS submissions at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), on June 23-25, 2023. The turnaround time for the PMG Expedited Grading Special will be just four weeks (not including shipping time). NGC and NCS submissions will be processed according to regular turnaround times.

Submissions must be made at the show by 14:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, to qualify for PMG Expedited Grading. Submissions may also be sent to the NGC Hong Kong office by mail, with the same cut-off date. Please write HK EX on the outside of the shipping label or box to ensure expedited grading. With the PMG Expedited Grading Special, submitters will enjoy a significantly faster turnaround time than what is usually offered at the Hong Kong office. As an added benefit, there is no additional cost for the expedited turnaround.

Submissions to the PMG Expedited Grading Special will be rushed to PMG’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA, with insurance coverage based on the submitter’s declared values. Once completed, the submissions will be rushed back to NGC Hong Kong’s office, again with insurance coverage, to be returned to the submitters. Shipping, insurance and customs clearance are included in NGC Hong Kong’s fees for services.

Forms must be completely filled out with complete attributions to be accepted for the PMG Expedited Grading Special. All vintage and modern notes are eligible.

Regular NGC and NCS submissions will also be accepted. All regular submissions to NGC and NCS are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida for conservation and grading. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Hong Kong office for pick up.

Completed submissions may be picked up at the Hong Kong office or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.
